Services, Service visits and Repairs can be easily organised by contacting us on our contact page either by email of phone.
Service visits can include the controllers being cleaned, the filters changed and a general all over check to ensure the smooth running of your controller. This should not interfere with the running of your controller and machine.
Repairs are easy to organise through either phone or email and can be answered very quickly, depending on current demand and urgency it can be a same day or a next day visit.
Training for our controllers can be organised very easily, if there are any problems the customer is having trying to set up or modify the existing setup. This can be achieved over the phone, or if a group needs some training with the software, an engineer can be requested for an onsite demonstration. The engineer option is a more "all round" experience that will cover all of the software and not just the single issue that has been brought up.
